About
Professor Edoff has been head of the thin film photovoltaic research team at Uppsala University since 2003.
Her expertise is within the field of Cu(In,Ga)Se2 based thin film solar cells and deposition methods related to processing of functional thin films. She is also one of the founders of the spin-off company Solibro, which presently is building up a production facility for thin film solar modules in Germany and a research center in Uppsala.
In course 051 she will mainly speak about evaporation methods and parameters that can influence the growth and crystallization of thin films. An overview of control methods for evaporation will also be given.
